Read-a-thon: Hour Fifteen

To my amazement, Solomon has joined us! At dinner he announced his intention to go get his Pokemon library book out of the car and have a read-a-thon with us, but I imagined this lasting for about five minutes before a end-of-the-day meltdown. But instead, for the past hour he’s been camped out on the couch with us, a stack of Pokemon & Sonic the Hedgehog graphic novels on his lap!

So we’re all staying up ’til a ridiculous hour? Looks that way. I am such a good parent.

So, Jefferson has waded about halfway through another book in the Myth-O-Mania series, Go for the Gold, Atalanta!, but has also been eyeing Solomon’s Sonic books, so I’m sure there will be another switching of horses soon. (He never has picked that 39 Clues book back up, though he says he didn’t dislike it.)

Go for the Gold, Atalanta! (Myth-O-Mania, #8)

I’m still delighted with Michelle Tea, myself.

Books read: Jen – 4, Jefferson – 5
Pages read: Jen – 525, Jefferson – 959
